SkillStation provides the capability to create bespoke competency frameworks aligned to the occupational functions within your own organisation. These can be unique to your environment and business context, or based around national and international standards.
Where required, we can support you in the development of competence frameworks appropriate to your specific requirements or provide templates for you to use and adapt. Users can also have their own individual target levels in order to stretch them e.g. not only to be competent, but able to train others.
