We can also provide administrator training that is bespoke to each user's requirements.

1. SkillStation account creation

We provide access for you to our online system.

2. Data Audit

We work with you to assess your existing competency framework or skills list, and determine the most effective way to represent this within SkillStation. This process will ensure that your competency framework is easy to manage, and will meet current market demands. More

Existing data can be used from any source, e.g. spreadsheets or paper records.

Any of the following processes can be included:

  • Analysis of existing competency level definitions
  • Mapping of organisational structure to SkillStation
  • Identification and target of pilot group (if required)
  • Generation of new competency frameworks based on previous data
  • Comparison and migration of competency frameworks across sites

3. Data Migration

Skill and competency data is migrated into SkillStation's framework.

4. Training for SkillStation administrators

A 3-part training session is provided to staff who will act as super-users for your organisation. More

This session usually occupies three separate half-day sessions, and will provide staff with all of the knowledge they need to manage SkillStation effectively.

Additional training sessions can be provided if required. General administrator users can also be trained, who will have lower levels of access and responsibility.

5. SkillStation Deployment

SkillStation is deployed across your business or initial target group.
