SkillStation™ Pricing & Implementation
The cost of SkillStation is charged on a per-user basis, and therefore varies on the scale of deployment. The purchase involves
an initial set-up fee, followed by an annual support & maintenance agreement.
Purchase Options
To recognise that all businesses have a different level of commitment toward training & development,
SkillStation is offered with two initial purchase options.
These options are designed to ensure that whatever your experience with competency management, you can quickly create
a valuable training & competency framework for your people, inline with market & audit demands.
Option 1
For businesses with a good working knowledge of competency management, with previous mechanisms in-place.
- Account creation
- Training for SkillStation administrators
(period based on number required)
- SkillStation framework introduction
- Introduction to Learner/Administrator user environments
- Input of organisational structure & competency framework to SkillStation
- Introduction and creation of quizzes
- Reporting
- First year annual maintenance fee
Option 2
For businesses with various skill matrices who may require skill auditing and assistance with migration to the SkillStation framework.
- Account creation
- Training for SkillStation administrators
(period based on number required)
- SkillStation framework introduction
- Introduction to Learner/Administrator user environments
- Input of organisational structure & competency framework to SkillStation
- Introduction and creation of quizzes
- Reporting
- First year annual maintenance fee
- Training Consultancy (period based on licence fee)
- Analysis of workforce skills (where required)
- Analysis of existing competency level definitions
- Mapping of organisational structure to SkillStation
- Identification and target of pilot group (if required)
- Generation of competency frameworks
- Comparison of competency frameworks across sites
Please note that the consultancy period can be expanded as required, until your competency framework has been
successfully established.
Ongoing Fee (applies to both options)
- Hosting & 24-hour online access to data
- Support (telephone/e-mail/forum)
- All product updates, enhancements & new features
- Attendance at SkillStation User Group Meetings
- Access to SkillStation information-sharing portal
Option 2 is generally the preferred method of purchase, however, we can advise on which option will be the most beneficial to you.
